    INSTALLATION:
    - Full Wipe + Wipe Dalvik Cache if coming from a non MIUI Rom
    - Install zip from sdcard
    - Reboot
    - Choose English locale in Settings if you get Chinese, it should be EN by default
    - D2W rom stablize 5 to 10 minutes


    Requirements:
    FAT32 First partition, EXT2/3/4 second partition, Swap or No swap
    Note that in D2W thread, d4 will format to EXT3 if it get's aligned.


    WARNING: THIS WILL ERASE THE SD-EXT PARTITION IF IT IS NOT ALIGNED. On top of that there is a little risk that it messes up the partition table. If something should go wrong in recreating the partition you may have to REPARTITION the COMPLETE Sd-card. So make a BACKUP OF ALL YOUR DATA ON THE SD before you test this .

    Bei mir ist gerade das flashen abgebrochen mit der Fehlermeldung: E: wrong digest: system/media/theme/cartoon.mtz
    Das hatte ich noch nie. Was bedeutet das?


    Full wipe + Dalvik habe ich vorher mehrmals gemacht.


    Wo liegt mein Fehler?
    Ich hatte sonst noch nie Probleme beim Flashen

    Also D2W rockt wie geschrieben. Nur bei contacte kann man nicht mit facebook syncronisieren - alles andere kann man dort einstellen, nur bei facebook hapert es.
    Hat einer gleiches Problem?

    Habe auf 1.2.11 umgeswitcht, facekook Kontakte sind drinne. Jetzt bin ich wieder auf 1.2.25 - Kontakte sind da, kann aber nicht syncronisieren, zudem syncronisiert es die Bilder nicht, macht auch keine Verknüpfungen?

    Dracid habe wie vorhin im chat geschrieben ein weiteres Problem:


    mein Desire war via USB am Laptom am laden. Bis ich irgendwann mal gehört habe, das es vibriert hat.
    Ich sah, dass sich der Desire neu gebootet hat. Nach dem boot hat wieder home button keine Funktion mehr gehabt. Auch waren sämtliche Einstellungen (wie Facebook Kontakte + Syncronisation) weg - >>> genau wie hier gehandhabt <<<


    Habe hinter manuell nue gebootet, aber 0 chance gehabt...


    "make a nandroid every dey, keep the doctor away" - zum Glück hatte ich das :thumbsup:


    Nur wie kann das sein, dass es sich selber rebootet und alles an Einstllungen weg ist - speziell home button überhaupt keine Funktion mehr hat? Weisst du Rat?

    Nach erfolgreichem Nandroid restore habe ich erneut gebootet - alles an apps und Einstellungen sind weg - warum auch immer - nun heisst es wieder full wipe :cursing::cursing::cursing:

    Kann ich nicht bestätigen... bei mir läuft die Version perfekt..
    Habe aber auch vorher alles 3x gewipt..komplett.. evtl. kommen daher die Unterschiede..
