Installation und Voraussetzungen

Aufgrund der neue Installationsmethode brauchst Du als Voraussetzung ein bestimmtes Recovery.

Kompatibel sind:

Eingeschränkt Kompatibel sind:

Ansonsten bleibt alles beim alten. ZIP auf die SD Karte, installieren und den Anweisungen im Installer folgen, rebooten und freuen.
Nach dem Ersten Start bitte das Handy 2 Minuten liegen lassen und dann gleich nochmal Neustarten und dann könnt ihr Backups einspielen und konfigurieren.

Problemlösungen:

Problem: Ein bestimmtes APP macht beim öffnen einen Force Close. Ich merke mal an, dass es noch viele Apps im Market gibt, die nicht ICS kompatibel sind.

Lösung: Entweder per Terminal Emulator o.Ä. aus dem Market oder per ADB. su eingeben und Rootrechte bestätigen. fix_permissions eingeben und Handy neustarten.

Problem: Nach dem ersten Boot ruckelt der Lockscreen und es lässt sich nur schwer auf dem Desktop kommen. Der Desktop ist weiß und kein Wallpaper sichtbar. Es fehlen Apps auf dem Desktop.

Lösung: Grundsätzlich nach dem ersten Boot, das Handy 2 Minuten ruhen lassen und ohne Umwege neustarten.

Jain nicht unbedingt, das liegt am data2ext script, es verlangt "eigentlich" eine ext4 aber ext3 sollte es auch tun ( hoffe ich ) ich werd das script aber noch ändern.

Hab das Rom geflashed. Es hat auch auf anhieb gebootet. Dann hab ich meine Anwendungen über Titanium Backup wiederhergestellt.

Plötzlich hat Titanium nach 85 Abgebrochen. Mein erster gedanke war der Interne Speicher. Also TB nochmals aufgerufen dann hab ich das Problem gesehen.

System noch 72 MB Frei
intern noch 864MB Frei (habe eine 1GB ext4 Partition)
SD-Karte noch 3 GB Frei
SD-Karte (A2SD) von 154 MB nur noch 3 MB frei.

Denke mal das letztere ist das Problem. Was bedeutet SD-Karte (A2SD) und warum hat die 154 MB und warum wir dort irgendetwas gespeichert?

Hab ein ext4 Partition mit 1 GB eine Swap 128 MB und rest Fat. Benutze diese Partitionen mit chillzz d2ext schon lange ohne Platzprobleme.
Wie bekomm ich das hin? Will unbedingt weiter testen, da es bis dahin einen genialen eindruck gemacht hat.?

Nutze Stock hboot.

Alles klar danke Lenipapa, ich denke ich weiss was da schief gelaufen ist. Muss mir das Script noch anschauen, da haut was mit dem Dalvik Cache nicht hin. Ist mir garnicht aufgefallen, da ich imo nur 10 Apps drauf habe

Ich werd mich die Tage dran setzen, es wird dann auch nochmal ein Update für die deutschen Strings geben sowie "hoffentlich" meinen eigenen ICS Kernel.

sau stark!!

Endlich MIUI kombiniert mit der neuen gmail app, konnte mich an das alte design einfach nicht mehr gewöhnen
außerdem sind meine regelmäßigen abstürze seit ICS nahezu komplett weg, hoffentlich bleibt das unter MIUI ICS ebenfalls so

wenn was mit dem d2ext script nicht stimmt;
gehe ich recht in der annahme, dass das löschen von 01mountsdext sowie 40a2sd im init.d ordner + anschließendes flashen eines anderen scripts (z.b. amarullz?) funktionierendes a2sd bietet?

edit:
eine kleine frage noch: die lbe-sec-miui-version, ist die bestandteil des neuen miui v4?

Nein leider nicht. ICS ist nicht 100 % kompatibel zu den GB Scripts.

in dem fall handelt es sich um ein ics script; hab aber als internen speicher 1gb frei, insofern scheint ja bei mir damit alles zu passen

eine sache ist mir aber noch aufgefallen:
calendar sync funktioniert nicht; es wird nicht im google-konto angezeigt

€dit:
bei den xda gibt es einen calendar fix, der eine veränderte Calendar.apk und eine CalenderProvider.apk enthält
wenn man hiervon nur die Calendar.apk installiert, funktioniert es

Erstmal Danke

Habe gerade das Theme geändert und wollte bescheid geben, dass das nur bedingt möglich ist!

Bei der Statusleiste macht er Probleme und zeigt die Symbole garnicht bzw nur bedingt an!! Screenshotfunktion ist leider nicht möglich...

Läuft schon echt gut der Rom.... ABER

bei mir bekomme ich keine Verbindung zum WLAN. Bleibe immer bei "beziehe IP-Adresse" hängen
Titanium will bei mir auch nicht so recht. Bleibt auch ständig bei der Wiederherstellung hängen.

Freue mich schon auf die nächsten Versionen....

Kein Problem hier mit Wifi, versuch mal einen anderen channel.
Zu Titanium kann ich auch nix sagen, da ich es nicht benutze, vllt ist es jetzt mit dem neuen data2ext script gefixt.

Weder in Beta 1 noch Beta 2 hatte ich Probleme damit. Du kannst aber mal ins recovery gehen und fix uid mismatches machen. das soll bei einigen geholfen haben. Auch wenn ich das Problem nicht habe.
