Greetings from Xiaomi!
Thank you for writing us. We will be glad to assist you.
I understand your concern that you are facing with the device network on your Redmi 4X. Please follow the below mentioned steps for the resolution of the issue:
I would request you to check the network bands of your device in the specifications. If it does not match to the particular carrier band width, so we cannot assure you that your device works with your region network because this particular product is designed on the basic requirement of that particular region. However, would request you to consult your telecom operator whether their SIM card is compatible with the phone in network or not. And then please follow below steps to solve this problem:
- Please dial *#06# on your phone, and then check whether you can see the IMEI number. If you could, the phone might be in normal condition
- Please re-install the SIM card and check whether it's good for use
- Please dial *#*#4636#*#*, and check the "phone information", you'll find the network information here. If it's above -100dBm, the network condition is OK
- Please change another SIM card on the phone and check whether it's working
- Please change a new SIM card from your telecom carrier and then check whether it could use
