Howto new install from Froyo:
-> download: galaxys-efsbackup.zip, cm7-galaxys-initial-kernel.tar, Speedmod Kernel k13c, Nex-S Custom Rom
-> Copy galaxys-efsbackup.zip & Nex-S Custom Rom to the SD Card
-> Shutdown the phone and boot with the 3 button combo into the download mode
-> Flash Speedmod Kernel k13c with Odin
-> Shutdown
-> Boot with the 3 button combo into the recovery mode and "intall" galaxys-efsbackup.zip
-> Remove Battery, wait a short time and boot with the 3 button combo into the download mode
-> flash cm7-galaxys-initial-kernel.tar with Odin (DON´T select "repartition" and "auto reboot")
-> Remove Battery, wait a short time and boot with the 3 button combo into the recovery mode, select "mounts & storge". Then format system, data & cache
-> Wipe Cache und Data
-> Install Nex-S Custom Rom
-> Reboot
Howto Update from CM7 or MIUI:
-> download Nex-S Custom Rom
-> boot with the 3 button combo into the recovery mode, select "mounts & storge". Then format system, data & cache
-> Factory Reset/WIpe Data
-> Install Nex-S Custom Rom
-> Reboot
Howto Update from previous Nex-S Version:
-> download Nex-S Custom Rom
-> boot with the 3 button combo into the recovery mode, select "mounts & storge". Then format system & cache(If there are any FC or a Bootloop, also format DATA)
-> Format Radio
-> 2times Dalvik wipe!!
-> install Nex-S Custom Rom
-> Reboot
Howto install Apps-Package:
-> download Apps-Package
-> Delete unneeded Apps from the ZIP. Apps can be found in the /system/app folder
-> boot with the 3 button combo into the recovery mode and install the package

FAQ:
Q: Why are some apps missing?
A: Look at the Description. This is a slim ROM with removed apps. The missing apps can be install by the APPS-Package. Look at the howto
Q: My SD is not working
A: You are probably comming from a Gingerbread ROM. So you must flash a FROYO ROM and then follow the instructions in the howto
Q: I get lots of FC´s
A: Do a Full Wipe
Q: Iam in a bootloop / My MIUI does not boot
A: 2 times Dalvik Cache wipe
